The CMPA0560008S is a 10 W packaged MMIC HPA manufactured on a high performance, 0.15 um GaN on SiC process.

Product description

The CMPA0560008S is a MMIC HPA in a 10W package with a high-performance, 0.15um GaN on SiC production process. The amplifier operates in the frequency range of 0.5-6 GHz and supports a variety of RF applications such as electronic warfare, test and measurement, radar, and more.


The CMPA0560008S has a saturated output power of 10 W, a large signal gain of 12 dB, and a typical power increase efficiency of 40% in CW operating mode. The device comes in a 5x5 mm plastic-clad QFN package that provides superior performance and environmental stability in a small size, allowing customers to improve SWaP-C performance metrics in their next generation systems.
