Description:

The DA14592 is a low-power Bluetooth SoC from Renesas Electronics with multi-core processing, high-precision Σ-ΔADC, and QSPI to support a wide range of applications, such as medical devices and material tracking. Its low-power mode and ultra-small package make it ideal for very low-power wireless applications.


DA14592 product features:

Dual-core: 64MHz Cortex-M33F as the application core and 64MHz Cortex-M0+ as the configurable MAC.

Receive sensitivity -97dBm, transmit +6dBm

96kB RAM (+16kB cache), 256kB Flash, 288kB ROM (including stack), QSPI external Flash/RAM expansion

8-Channel, 15-Bit Σ-Δ ADC

Power consumption: RadioRx = 1.2mA, RadioTx = 2.3mA, Activity = 34μA/MHz, Sleep = 90nA

Requires only 6 external components

Packaging: WLCSP (3.32 x 2.48mm), FCQFN (5.1 x 4.3mm)

Security: secure key storage, secure boot
