Product description

TLVM23625RDNR is a 2.5A, 36V input synchronous DC/DC step-down power module. It combines the Flip Chip On Lead (FCOL) package, power MOSFETs, integrated inductors and bootstrap capacitors in a compact 3.5mm x 4.5mm x 2mm 11-pin QFN package that is easy to use. The small HotRod™ QFN package technology improves thermal performance and ensures operation at high ambient temperatures. The device can be configured for 1V to 6V output via resistive feedback dividers.

The TLVM236x5 is designed to meet the low standby power requirements of normally open industrial applications. The automatic mode allows frequency rewinding during light load operation, achieving 1.5µA no-load current consumption (at 13.5V VIN) and high light load efficiency. Seamless conversion between PWM and PFM modes and low MOSFET on-resistance ensure excellent efficiency over the entire load range.

The TLVM236x5 features a peak current mode architecture with internal compensation for stable operation and ultra-small input capacitance. The RT pin can be used to set frequencies in the 200kHz to 2.2MHz range to avoid noise sensitive bands.
