The AM62A/AM62A-Q1 ARM® based processors are part of the automotive class heterogeneous ARM processor family. These processors include embedded deep learning (DL), visual processing acceleration and video, display interfaces, and a wide range of automotive peripherals and networking options. The AM62A/AM62A-Q1processors are designed for in-vehicle monitoring systems and drivers, next-generation electronic mirroring systems, building automation and factory automation. These AM62A-Q1 processors are AEC-Q100 certified for automotive applications.

The AM62A/AM62A-Q1 processor includes a rich set of peripherals for system-level connectivity, such as USB, camera interface, MMC/SD, OSPI, CAN-FD, and GPMC (for parallel host interfaces with external ASics/FPgas). These processors support secure boot with IP protection through a built-in hardware security module (HSM). The AM62A/AM62A-Q1 processor features advanced power management support for portable and power-sensitive applications.
