The MINI-MSDM250 is an Amphenol Mini MSD series male connector featuring an integrated 250 A fast-acting fuse, specifically designed for the ‘one-button safe power disconnection’ of high-voltage battery systems in electric vehicles (EVs) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs). Its compact flange panel mounting structure allows for quick insertion into the corresponding female socket, forming a high-voltage interlocked connection with IP67/IP69K protection ratings. Maintenance personnel can disconnect the high-voltage circuit in 5 seconds without tools, ensuring maintenance safety.
