Overview:

BG600L-M3 is a multi-mode (LTE Cat M1, LTE Cat NB2 and EGPRS) LPWA module that supports the 3GPP Release 14 protocol specification. In the LTE Cat M1 network, the module can support a maximum uplink rate of 1119 kbps and a maximum downlink rate of 588 kbps. Using the ARM Cortex A7 processor with built-in MCP and support for ThreadX system, the module has ultra-low power consumption. Compared with similar LPWA modules, the PSM power consumption is reduced by 70% and the power consumption in eDRX mode is reduced by 85%.

The BG600L-M3 has a complete set of hardware-designed security features that allow trusted applications to run directly on the Cortex A7 TrustZone engine. Its package size is 18.7mm × 16.0mm × 2.1mm, and it also has low power consumption, high integration, high mechanical strength and other characteristics, which can maximize the convenience of customers for product development. The module is packaged in LGA, which is especially suitable for the automated patch needs of contemporary mass production, and is easy to SMT welding and after-sales maintenance.
