Shenzhen Mingjiada Electronics Co., Ltd. introduces the new and original NXP MC33926PNBR2 Motor/Motion/Ignition Controller and Driver, MC33926 IC and Driver is a SMARTMOS monolithic half-bridge power supply IC, which is mainly designed for automotive electronic throttle control.


Description

The MC33926 is a monolithic integrated H-bridge power supply IC designed primarily for automotive electronic throttle control, but can be used for any low-voltage DC servo motor control application within the current and voltage specification range.


The MC33926 is also capable of controlling inductive loads with peak currents up to 5.0 A. The RMS current capability is dependent on the heat dissipation capability of the device package. Internal peak current limiting (regulation) is activated at load currents of 6.5 A ± 1.5 A or more. Pulse width modulation (PWM) of the output load is available when the frequency reaches 20 kHz. The load current feedback function provides a proportional (0.24% of load current) current output that can be monitored by the microcontroller's A/D input. Status flag outputs report undervoltage, overcurrent, and overheat fault conditions.

Continuous operating voltage of 8.0 V to 28 V (transient voltage range of 5.0 V to 40 V)

225 mOhm maximum on-resistance @ 150°C (per H-bridge MOSFET)

3.0 V and 5.0 V TTL / CMOS logic compatible inputs

Overcurrent limiting (regulation) via internal constant off-time PWM

Output short-circuit protection (VPWR short-circuit or ground short-circuit)

Temperature-dependent current limit threshold dropout

All inputs have an internal source/sink to define the default (floating input) state, sleep mode current consumption < 50 µA (inputs floating or set to match default logic state)
