Automotive-grade microcontrollers (MCUs)

Renesas RH850 series: Compliant with the ISO 26262 ASIL-D functional safety standard, widely used in body control, new energy management, autonomous driving, and smart cockpits.

RH850/P1x Series (entry-level): Designed for basic body control, with a clock speed of 80–240 MHz, supporting CAN/CAN FD and LIN communication, and compliant with the AEC-Q100 Grade 1 standard. Typical models include RH850/P1M and RH850/P1H.

RH850/E2x series (electric vehicle-specific): Designed for electric drive inverters and MCUs (motor control units), with a hardware vector processing unit (VPU) to accelerate motor control algorithms, high-precision PWM (nanosecond-level resolution), and support for functional safety ASIL-D. Typical models include the RH850/E2M.

TI C2000 series: High-performance real-time microcontrollers widely used in motor control, digital power, electric vehicles, and industrial automation applications.

C28x Core MCU: 32-bit fixed-point processor architecture, operating at up to 60MHz, supporting multiple communication protocols, with built-in high-precision PWM, ADC, and DSP acceleration units, suitable for high-performance applications such as motor control and digital power.

C29x Core MCU: Higher performance, suitable for more complex real-time control applications.


Automotive-grade memory

EEPROM Memory: High durability (1 million erase/write cycles), low power consumption, supports I²C/SPI interfaces, with automotive-grade and industrial-grade options. Typical models include the AT24/AT25 series (capacity 1Kb to 2Mb, suitable for configuration parameter storage) and SEM16/SEM32 (automotive-grade EEPROM, used in ECUs and BMS).

RAM memory (HyperRAM™/PSRAM): Low pin count, high bandwidth, simplifies PCB design, low power consumption, suitable for battery-powered devices.


Power management chips

Automotive power management chips: Provide stable power management solutions for automotive electronic systems, ensuring reliable operation of vehicle electronic devices.
