The XC7Z020-2CLG484I is manufactured using a 28nm process, combining the ARM Processing System (PS) and Artix-7 FPGA architecture (PL) to deliver an optimal balance of high-performance computing and hardware programmability. Its CSPBGA-484 package (19×19mm) is suitable for high-density embedded designs, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 100°C, meeting industrial-grade application requirements.
