The U-Series microcontrollers are perfect for wearable and IoT applications where power or performance is important.The MAX32625 features an Arm® Cortex®-M4 FPU CPU with efficient signal processing, ultra-low power consumption, and simplicity of use.

Flexible power modes, intelligent PMU, dynamic clocking and power gating maximise performance and reduce power consumption across applications. An internal 96MHz oscillator provides high performance and a 4MHz oscillator maximises battery life for applications requiring constant power monitoring.

Multiple SPI, UART, I2C, 1-Wire® host and USB interfaces are available. A four-input, 10-bit ADC with optional reference enables monitoring of external sensors.
