Overview
The AD8412ABRMZ is a high-voltage, high-bandwidth current detection amplifier. The initial gain of this device is 10V/V, the bandwidth is 1.8MHz, and the maximum gain error is ±0.11% throughout the entire temperature range. The buffered output voltage can be directly connected to any typical converter. The AD8412ABRMZ has a minimum DC common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 110dB within the range of -2V to +50V. The AD8412ABRMZ is used for bidirectional current measurement of shunt resistors in various industrial and automotive applications.
The AD8412ABRMZ demonstrates breakthrough performance within the temperature range of -40 °C to +125°C. This kit features an in-package fine-tuning core that enables a typical offset drift of ±0.30μV/°C across the entire operating temperature range and common-mode voltage range, without the need for chopping and an automatic zeroing clock (which may result in intermodulation in applications). This device includes circuits that can achieve a wide input common-mode range and balance the input bias current (regardless of the input differential voltage or common-mode voltage), as well as circuits that can achieve ultra-low CMRR drift. This kit also includes circuits that enable output accuracy in the presence of common-mode input voltages of pulse width modulation (PWM) type. The AD8412ABRMZ is available in an 8-pin MSOP package.
