The AD3530RBCBZ is a low-power, 8-channel, 16-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC), and its main features include:

AD3530R description

The AD3530RBCBZ 8-channel, 16-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) features software-programmable gain control, with a full-scale output range of 2.5V or 5V at a reference voltage of 2.5V. This device is powered by a single power supply ranging from 2.7V to 5.5V and has passed the monotonicity certification during its design. The AD3530RBCBZ also provides an internal reference of 2.5V, 5ppm/°C, which is disabled by default.


The AD3530RBCBZ DAC features an integrated multiplexer that can monitor the output voltage, current and internal die temperature. This device combines a power-on reset (POR) circuit, which can confirm that the DAC output power is up to 32kΩ and exists to ground until a valid write operation is performed. This DAC also features A power-off mode, with typical current consumption as low as 670μA.


The 4-wire serial interface compatible with Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) and MICROWIRE® supports a logic level range of 1.08V to 1.98V and a clock frequency up to 50MHz.
