The RA6M1 32-bit microcontroller group features a high-performance Arm® Cortex-M4F core and an integrated capacitive touch sensing unit. The RA6M1 MCU family is based on an efficient 40nm process, supported by an open and flexible Ecosystem Concept Flexible Package (FSP) based on FreerTOS-and can be extended to adopt other RTOS and middleware. The RA6M1 MCU is suitable for iot applications that require high security, large embedded RAM, and low power consumption.
