Product Overview  

The Infineon EiceDRIVER™ 2EDF7175F is specifically designed for primary-side control of high-side and low-side MOSFETs in high-noise, high-power switching environments, ensuring reliable and stable operation. The driver features a powerful 4A/8A source/drain dual-channel gate driver, enabling fast turn-on/turn-off of high-voltage and medium-voltage MOSFETs (such as CoolMOS™ or OptiMOS™). Both output channels are independently isolated and can be used as floating gate drivers, with CMTI performance up to 150V/ns.
