Introduction

The RA4M1 microcontroller (MCU) group uses a high-performance Arm® Cortex-M4 core to provide segmental LCD controllers and capacitive touch sensing unit inputs for intensive HMI designs. The RA4M1 MCU uses an efficient, low-energy process supported by an open and flexible ecosystem concept, namely a FreerTOs-based Flexible Configuration package (FSP) that can be extended to use other RTOSes and middleware. The RA4M1 is suitable for applications that require a large number of capacitive touch channels and segment LCD controllers.
