The TPS628501QDRLRQ1 is a pin-to-pin 1A, easy-to-use, high-efficiency synchronous DC/DC buck converter based on a peak current-mode control topology designed for automotive applications such as infotainment systems and advanced driver assistance systems.The switching frequency of the TPS628501QDRLRQ1 is externally adjustable from 1.8 MHz to 4 MHz. The device can also be synchronised with an external clock in the same frequency range. In PWM/PFM mode, the device automatically enters power save mode at light loads to maintain high efficiency throughout the load range.
