AST2400A1-GP is the fifth generation server management processor from ASPEED, integrating 400MHz ARM9 CPU and DDR3/DDR2 SDRAM support, designed for server remote management, network device monitoring and industrial automation control. AST2400A1-GP Core Features

1. High performance ARM9 processor

400MHz ARM926EJ-S CPU, equipped with 16KB instruction cache + 16KB data cache, to meet the efficient processing needs of server management tasks.

2.Advanced Memory Support

Supports DDR2/DDR3 SDRAM (up to 800Mbps), 16-bit bus width, up to 512MB capacity, and optional ECC memory to improve data reliability.

3. Integrated 2D Graphics Engine

Built-in PCIe bus interface 2D VGA, support 1920 x 1200 resolution, no need for additional graphics cards to achieve server video output, reduce system costs.

4. Remote Management Function

IPMI (Intelligent Platform Management Interface) support, can remotely monitor the server temperature, voltage, fan status and other parameters.

IP video redirection, support for remote KVM control, suitable for unattended management of data centres.

4. Rich peripheral interfaces

USB over-IP: Support USB 2.0 virtual hub, can connect 5 kinds of USB devices (such as keyboard, mouse, storage devices).

NOR/NAND/SPI flash memory interface for firmware storage and system boot.
