Overview

The KW31Z is an ultra-low-power, highly integrated single-chip device that enables portable, ultra-low-power embedded systems with Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) v4.2 RF connectivity. Applications include portable medical devices, wearable sports and fitness devices, AV remotes, computer keyboards and mice, game controllers, access security systems, smart energy and home networking.


The KW31Z wireless MCU integrates a 2.4GHz transceiver with FSK/GFSK modulation support, an ARM® Cortex-M0 + CPU, up to 512KB of flash memory and 128KB of SRAM, BLE link layer hardware, hardware security and peripherals to meet the needs of the target application.
