The DS90UB935TRHBRQ1 is available in a VQFN-32 (5×5mm) package, complies with AEC-Q100 Grade 2 automotive grade certification, and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, ensuring stable operation in harsh in-vehicle environments.
