Mingjiada Electronics has been supplying TI (UCC27524ADR) high-speed low-side gate driver for a long time, which is a 5A/5A dual-channel gate driver with 5V UVLO, enable function, and 1ns delay matching.The UCC27524ADR is capable of delivering high peak current pulses of up to 5A pull and 5A sink current to capacitive loads.The UCC27524ADR is also capable of rail-to-rail driving and has the ability to deliver high peak current pulses of up to 5A pull and 5A sink currents to capacitive loads.
