Product information

The AD7383BCPZ is a dual-channel synchronous sampling, high speed, low power, Successive Approximation Register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) powered from 3.0V to 3.6V with throughput rates up to 4 MSPS. The analog input type is pseudo differential, and sampling and conversion are performed at the CS falling edge. An integrated on-chip oversampling module improves dynamic range and reduces noise at lower bandwidth. The AD7383BCPZ has a built-in 2.5V buffer reference voltage source. Alternatively, an external reference voltage source of up to 3.3V can be used.


Both the conversion process and the data acquisition process use standard control inputs and can be easily interlinked with a microprocessor or digital signal processor (DSP). When using a standalone logic power supply, the AD7383BCPZ is compatible with 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V interfaces.
