Product Description

FNB34060T6 is an advanced sporty SPM 3 module that provides a full-featured, high-performance inverter output stage for AC induction, BLDC, and PMSM motors. These modules integrate optimized gate drives with built-in IGBTs to minimize EMI and losses, while also providing multiple ON module protection features including undervoltage lock, overcurrent shutdown, thermal monitoring of the driver IC, and fault reporting. The built-in high-speed HVIC requires only a single supply voltage and converts the input logic level GATE input into a high voltage, high current drive signal to properly drive the module's internal IGBT. Each phase has a separate IGBT negative terminal to support the widest range of control algorithms.

600 V-40A three-phase IGBT inverter with integrated gate driver and protection functions

Low loss, short circuit rated IGBT

Very low thermal resistance using Al2O3 DBC substrate

Built-in bootstrap diodes and dedicated VS pins simplify PCB layout

Separate the emitter open pin from the low-end IGBT for three-phase current detection

Single ground power supply

Built-in LVIC temperature sensing for temperature monitoring

Isolation rating: 2500 Vrms/1 minute
