Product introduction

The LTC2411IMS is a 2.7V to 5.5V micropower, 24-bit differential Delta-σ analog-to-digital converter with an integrated oscillator, 2ppm INL and 0.29ppm RMS noise. The LTC2411IMS uses increment-add technology and provides single-cycle stability times suitable for multiplex applications. The LTC2411IMS can be configured with a single pin to achieve better than 110dB input differential mode rejection at 50Hz or 60Hz ±2%, or can be driven by an external oscillator for a user-defined rejection frequency. The device is the exact same device when driven by an external oscillator. Internal oscillators do not require external frequency setting components.


The LTC2411IMS converter accepts any external differential reference voltage between 0.1V and VCC and offers flexible proportional and remote sampling measurement configurations. The full scale differential input ranges from -0.5vref to 0.5VREF. The reference common-mode voltage VREFCM and the input common-mode voltage VINCM can be independently set within the GND to VCC range of the LTC2411IMS. DC common mode input rejection performance is better than 140dB.


The LTC2411IMS communicates through a flexible three-wire digital interface compatible with the SPI and MICROWIRE protocols.


The LTC2411IMS converter has the following key features:

24-bit ADC in MS10 package

Low supply current (200μA in transition mode versus 4μA in automatic sleep mode)

Differential input and differential reference with GND to VCC common model circumference

2ppm INL, no lost code

4ppm full scale error and 1ppm offset

0.29ppm noise

No delay: The digital filter can be stabilized in a single cycle. Every conversion is accurate (even after the input step occurs)

2.7V to 5.5V single operating power supply

Internal oscillator - No external components required

110dB minimum, pin selectable 50Hz/60Hz notch filter
