Overview:

The SN8F5703JG is an enhanced 8051 microcontroller and is fully compatible with the MCS-51 instruction set, so it can be emulated using today's popular compilation environments (e.g. Keil C51).

The SN8F5703JG has three built-in memories: internal RAM (IRAM), external RAM (XRAM), and programme memory (IROM). The internal RAM consists of 256 bytes and has high access performance (supports direct and indirect addressing). External RAM consists of 256 bytes, but requires longer access cycles. The programme memory is an 8KB FLASH memory with the fastest access speed of 8MHz.
