Overview: The IDP2308T1 is a digital multimode PFC + LLC combo controller with integrated floating high-side driver and start-up unit. The device includes a digital engine for multimode operation for high efficiency over the entire load range.The IDP2308 has comprehensive configurable protection features.


The Infineon IDP2308 controller combines a high-voltage start-up unit with an advanced burst mode for low standby power consumption. In addition, the integrated One Time Programming (OTP) unit provides a full set of configurable parameters, helping to simplify design integration.


The IDP2308T1 is available in a DSO-14 package. Very few external components are required.
