STM32G474RBT3 Product Overview
The STM32G474xB/xC/xE devices are based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC core. They operate at frequencies up to 170 MHz.
The Cortex-M4 core features a single-precision floating-point unit (FPU) that supports all Arm single-precision data processing instructions and all data types. It also implements a full set of DSP (Digital Signal Processing) instructions and a Memory Protection Unit (MPU) for increased application security.
The devices embed high-speed memory (512 Kbytes of Flash and 128 Kbytes of SRAM), a Flexible External Memory Controller (FSMC) for static memory (for devices in 100-pin packages and above), a Quad SPI Flash interface, and a large number of enhanced I/Os and peripherals to two APB buses, two AHB buses, and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix. These devices also provide a wide range of enhanced I/O and peripherals for embedded Flash memory.
The devices also embed multiple protection mechanisms for embedded Flash and SRAM: read protection, write protection, protectable memory regions, and proprietary code read protection.
The devices embed peripherals that accelerate mathematical/arithmetic functions (CORDIC for trigonometric functions and FMAC units for filtering functions).
