Introduction

The ADV7391BCPZ is a single-chip, high-speed digital-to-analog video encoder that supports composite (CVBS), S-video (YC) or component (YPrPb/RGB) analog outputs in Standard definition (SD) and high definition (HD) video formats ‌‌.


Optimized for low-power operation, the encoder is extremely small in size and requires few external components, making it ideal for portable and power-sensitive applications requiring TV output capabilities. Cable signal detection and DAC automatic shutdown features ensure that power consumption remains low.


The ADV7391BCPZ features an 8-bit video input port that supports standard definition video formats via the SDR interface and high definition video formats via the DDR interface.
