Introduction

The ADF4351BCPZ is a high-performance microwave frequency synthesizer widely used in wireless communications, test equipment and radar systems ‌‌. Its main features include support for output frequency ranges from 35 MHz to 4400 MHz, suitable for a variety of microwave communication and test equipment. The ADF4351 has a built-in 32-bit R counter and a 14-bit N counter for fine frequency resolution and flexible frequency setting ‌.


All on-chip registers are controlled through a simple three-wire interface. The device uses a 3.0V to 3.6V power supply and can be turned off when not in use.
