Introduction

The AD9751ASTZ is a dual-channel multiplexed port, high-speed, single-channel, 10-bit CMOS DAC. It integrates a high-quality 10-bit TxDAC+ core, a voltage reference source, and a digital interface circuit in a 48-pin compact LQFP package.


The AD9751ASTZ supports update rates of up to 300 MSPS for high-speed applications. The digital interface contains two dual-buffer latches and control logic, and supports multiple ways of time multiplexing to high-speed Dacs ‌.


The DAC uses a segmented current source architecture combined with proprietary switching technology to reduce surge energy and maximize dynamic accuracy. Differential current output supports single-ended or differential applications. Each differential output provides nominal full scale currents from 2 mA to 20 mA, respectively.


The AD9751ASTZ is manufactured using an advanced, low-cost 0.35µm CMOS process. It is powered by a single supply from 3.0V to 3.6V and consumes 155 mW.
