Shenzhen Mingjiada Electronics Co., Ltd. new and original sale MPS MP8009GV Flyback/Forward Controller is an integrated IEEE 802.3af/at PoE compliant Powered Device (PD) power converter.


Product Overview

The MP8009GV interface contains all IEEE 802.3af/at features including detection, 1-event and 2-event classification, 120mA inrush current limiting, 840mA operating current limiting, and 100V hot-swappable MOSFETs.


The MPS MP8009GV Flyback/Forward Controller is a space-saving, isolated solution with primary side regulation (PSR) for flyback applications and highly efficient secondary side regulation (SSR) for active-clamped forward applications.


The MP8009GV provides a front-end solution for PoE PD applications with minimal external components. The device provides overload protection (OLP), short circuit protection (SCP), overvoltage protection (OVP), and thermal shutdown.


The MP8009GV is available in a QFN-28 (4mm x 5mm) package with a fixed switching frequency of 250kHz.
