The receive path is best-matched to maximise receive sensitivity by maintaining consistent noise figure performance over a wider range of conditions.


The QPF4200SR also integrates chip-level filters for the 2nd and 3rd harmonics, as well as 5 GHz suppression for DBDC operation.


The QPF4200SR integrates a 2.4 GHz power amplifier (PA), voltage regulator, single-pole, double-throw switch (SP2T), bypassable low-noise amplifier (LNA), and DC power detector in a single device.
