‌STM32WBA55HGF6 is a high performance, low power wireless microcontroller from STMicroelectronics, part of the STM32WBA55 series ‌. The microcontroller uses the Arm Cortex-M33 core, supports Bluetooth 5.4 and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) 5.3 protocols, and is suitable for various wireless communication application scenarios.

The STM32WBA55 series supports the latest protocols (Bluetooth® Low Power 5.4, IEEE 802.15.4 communication protocol, Zigbee®, Thread and Matter protocols) to help designers improve design flexibility and security. In addition, Bluetooth® LE 5.4 audio streaming is supported, bringing Auracast™ broadcast technology and a new audio experience.

The series offers up to 100 MHz of CPU, 1 MB of Flash memory, and 128 KB of RAM, and comes in four packages: 32-pin and 48-pin UFQFPN, 41-pin WLCSP, and 59-pin UFBGA.
