1, with two complete ADC functions, two channels can be simultaneously sampled and converted. Each ADC can be programmed to either a three-way full/pseudo-differential pair or a six-way single-ended input. The conversion results of the two channels can be obtained simultaneously through separate data lines, and if only one serial port is available, the conversion results can be obtained successively through a data line.

2, high throughput, low power consumption. The AD7265 has 1 MSPS throughput and a maximum power consumption of only 9 mW at 3 V operating voltage.

Product Introduction:

The AD7265BSUZ is a 12-bit dual-core high-speed, low-power sequential approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) operating from 2.7V to 5.25V single power supply with a maximum throughput of 1 MSPS. The device includes two ADCs, both of which are preceded by a 3-channel multiplexer and a low-noise, wideband wide-sample hold amplifier capable of handling input frequencies above 30 MHz.


Both the conversion process and the data acquisition process use standard control inputs and can be easily interlinked with a microprocessor or DSP. The input signal is sampled at the falling edge of CS, where the conversion is simultaneously initiated. The conversion time depends on the SCLK frequency. The AD7265 uses advanced design techniques to achieve extremely low power consumption at high throughput. The operating voltage is 5 V, the throughput is 1 MSPS, and the maximum power consumption is only 4 mA. In normal operation mode, the device also has flexible power/throughput management, thanks to ultra-low static current consumption levels.
