Description:
The SI8233BD-D-IS isolated driver integrates two separate isolated drivers in a single package. The driver has a peak output current of 4.0A and a maximum supply voltage of 24V. The Si823x driver uses Silicon Labs' patented silicon isolation technology to provide UL1577-compliant 5 kVRMS withstand voltage and 60 ns fast transfer time. The driver output can be connected to the same or separate ground wire for grounding, or to a positive or negative voltage. The high degree of integration, low transfer latency, small form factor and its flexibility and cost-effectiveness make the Si823x series ideal for MOSFET/IGBT gate drive isolation applications.
