AD2428WCCSZ-RL Device Description:

The AD2428 Automotive Audio Bus (A2B®) transceiver has very powerful features to tailor system-level performance to the most stringent electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements. the AD2428 A2B transceiver offers configurable transmit power levels, enabling developers to match system performance to specific OEM EMC requirements. The transceiver also supports extended microphone connectivity use cases and distributes audio and control data, as well as clock and power, over a single unshielded twisted pair cable, significantly reducing cabling complexity. These features significantly reduce system cost and are ideal for use in emerging multi-microphone applications such as road noise cancellation, in-vehicle communications and autonomous driving.

The AD2428 A2B transceivers are available in a 32-pin LFCSP (5mm x 5mm) package and are fully pin compatible, simplifying upgrades and reducing time to market. These devices are also fully compliant with all relevant automotive EMC, EMI and ESD requirements, fully AEC-Q100 compliant and can operate over the extended automotive temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
