Infineon's S28HS01GT Semper Flash with HyperBus™ is a high-performance, secure and reliable NOR flash solution. These components integrate critical safety functions and are used in a variety of applications in the automotive, industrial, communications and other industries. The S28HS01GT Semper flash adopts HyperBus interface and complies with JEDEC eXpanded SPI (JESD251) specification. The Infineon S28HS01GT Semper flash is compliant with automotive functional safety standards, ASIL-B compliant, and ASIL-D ready.
