AD7476AWYRMZ Device Overview:

The AD7477A/AD7478A are 12-bit, 10-bit and 8-bit high-speed, low-power, successive approximation analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), respectively. These devices operate from a single supply of 2.35 V to 5.25 V and have throughput rates of up to 1 MSPS. These parts contain a low-noise, wide-bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier and can handle input frequencies in excess of 13 MHz. The conversion process and data acquisition is controlled using CS and a serial clock, enabling these devices to be interfaced with a microprocessor or DSP. The input signal is sampled at the falling edge of CS and conversion is initiated at this point. There is no pipeline delay in these devices. the AD7476A/AD7477A/AD7478A use advanced design techniques to achieve low power consumption at high throughput rates. The reference for this device is taken internally from VDD in order to provide the widest dynamic input range for the ADC. The analog input range for this part is therefore 0 V to VDD. The conversion rate is determined by SCLK.
