Description:

The MAX25254AFDF/VY is a small synchronous dual buck converter with integrated high-side and low-side switches. The IC can deliver up to 8A per channel in the input voltage range from 3V to 36V, with static current consumption of only 12μA when unloaded. Voltage quality can be monitored by observing the PGOOD signal.


The MAX25254 device offers two fixed output voltages of 5V and 3.3V. Four fixed frequency options are available, so the number of external components required is small, while reducing output ripple and ensuring no AM interference.

Two-phase/four-phase operation

Ability to operate two ics in parallel for four-phase operation
