The MAX20429AAFNA/VY is a high-efficiency dual switching regulator that provides up to 6A (peak) of load current per output. From 0.5V to 1.5875V in 12.5mV steps and from 1.6V to 3.8V in 50mV steps. With a total output error at load of less than ±1.0%, the MAX20429AAFNA/VY operates in a fixed-frequency PWM mode with a switching frequency of 2.1 MHz or 3.2 MHz. The high-frequency operation allows for an all-ceramic capacitor design and small external components. Low resistance on-chip switching ensures high efficiency at heavy loads while minimising critical inductance and making layout work much simpler than discrete solutions. Following a simple layout and footprint ensures that new designs are successful from the outset. the MAX20429AAFNA/VY features MAXQ™ technology, which provides accurate transient performance and phase margins. This enables maximum power, performance, and accuracy configurations to be obtained from the converter in a very short period of time.
