The STTH120RQ06-M2Y is a high-performance 600V ultra-fast bridge rectifier for automobiles, typically used for full-wave rectification in the output stage of DC-DC converters in automotive applications. Due to the high heat dissipation capacity of the ACEPACK SMIT package and the insulation properties of the embedded ceramic, the STTH120RQ06-M2Y will enhance the power density of the application through extremely high heat dissipation performance (top cooling).
