The NSS40301CTWG low VCE(sat) transistor is a micro surface mount device with an extremely low saturation voltage (VCE (sat)) and high current gain capability. The NSS40301CTWG is designed for low-voltage, high-speed switching applications where cost-effective and efficient energy control must be achieved. Typical applications include DC-DC converters and power management in portable and battery-powered products, such as cellular and cordless phones, PDAs, computers, printers, digital cameras and MP3 players.
