R7F701215EABA is an automotive microcontroller launched by (Renesas), with a main frequency as high as 240MHz, specifically designed for the field of automotive engine control. The CPU core of the R7F701215EABA microcontroller offers 30% higher performance for engine control system applications than its predecessor. The RH850/E1M-S2 supports the SENT sensor information communication standard, which not only supports CAN FD for higher-speed in-vehicle networks but also ICU-S for automotive safety required in future vehicles. It also has many built-in functions for achieving functional safety (ISO 26262), facilitating certification.
