The RH850/U2B is a Renesas cross-domain automotive microcontroller family. As a new generation of high-end automotive control devices, the R7F70254FAFABB-C is designed to meet the growing demand for integrating multiple applications onto a single chip, in order to achieve a unified electronic control unit (ECU) for the evolving electrical and electronic architecture (E/E architecture). With 28-nanometer (nm) process technology, R7F70254FAFABB-C supports step locking technology, complies with ISO 26262 ASIL-D standard, has built-in EVITA Full information security function, and supports Full No-Wait OTA software update.
