CY14V101QS-BK108XQ is a 1 Mb (128 K × 8) four-wire SPI nvSRAM with an integrated high-reliability SONOS Flash unit that automatically saves SRAM data to non-volatile storage upon power loss and automatically restores it upon power-up. The device combines the unlimited read/write endurance of SRAM with the data retention capability of Flash, making it ideal for critical systems requiring high-speed write operations and absolute data integrity.
