The CY8C5667AXQ-LP040 is a programmable system-on-chip (PSoC 5LP) based on a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 core, featuring 128 KB of Flash, 32 KB of SRAM, and 2 KB of EEPROM, with a maximum operating frequency of 67 MHz. The chip incorporates a 12-bit Δ-Σ ADC, a 12-bit SAR ADC, four operational amplifiers, four comparators, and four configurable digital modules (UDB), and supports the industry-leading CapSense® capacitive touch technology, truly achieving a ‘analogue + digital + touch’ three-in-one solution, providing high flexibility, low power consumption, and high reliability in a single-chip solution for industrial control, automotive electronics, smart home, and medical devices.
