The CY8C20447S-24LQXI is an 8-bit M8C core-based programmable system-on-chip (PSoC 1) operating at a voltage of 1.71 V to 5.5 V, with 16 KB of Flash + 2 KB of SRAM and a maximum clock speed of 24 MHz. The chip includes a capacitive sensing (CapSense®) hardware engine, supporting up to 31 buttons, 6 touch strips, or proximity sensors, and features the SmartSense™ automatic tuning algorithm, which automatically compensates for process/temperature drift during operation, maintaining optimal sensitivity without manual calibration.
