Product Description

The STM32U375CEU6 is an ultra-low power 96 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 MCU with FPU, which uses Trust Zone technology and has 512 KB Flash memory. This product features encryption and is embedded with multiple protection mechanisms:

Key hardware protection provided by the coupling and chain bridge (CCB) hardware abstraction layer (HAL)

The Public Key Algorithm Accelerator (PKA) can accelerate public key encryption operations, such as encryption, decryption, and digital signatures

Hardware Unique Key (HUK) supports encryption operations such as key generation, encryption and decryption

Ensure the security of sensitive data: Supports AES 128/256 and S-AES


The STM32U375CEU6 integrates the protection mechanisms of embedded flash memory and SRAM. This device also offers two 12-bit ADCs (2.5Msps), two comparators, two operational amplifiers, two DAC channels, an internal voltage reference buffer, a low-power RTC, three general-purpose 32-bit timers, a 16-bit PWM timer dedicated to motor control, three general-purpose 16-bit timers, and two basic 16-bit timers And up to four 16-bit low-power timers.


The STM32U375CEU6 device is embedded with low-power digital filters dedicated to audio signals (ADF), one of which supports sound activity detection. Other features include up to 21 capacitive sensing channels, standard/advanced communication interfaces and multiple peripherals. The STM32U3 MCU can provide high-level protection against transient attacks and other types of attacks.
