The XTR111AIDRCR is a precision voltage-to-current converter designed for standard 0mA to 20mA or 4mA to 20mA analogue signals and can provide up to 32mA of sink current. The ratio of input voltage to output current is set by a single resistor RSET. The circuit can also be modified to enable voltage output operation.

An external P-MOSFET transistor provides high output resistance and a wide compliance voltage range, from below the supply voltage VVSP 2V to well below ground voltage.

A 3V to 15V adjustable sub-regulator provides the power supply voltage for the additional circuitry.
