The F28P559SJ9PNARQ1 is an automotive C2000™ real-time microcontroller designed to improve the efficiency of power electronics. It is especially suitable for high power density, high switching frequency applications, and supports GaN and SiC technologies. The F28P559SJ9PNARQ1 is based on a 32-bit C28x DSP core and offers signal processing performance at 150MHz. The Floating-point Unit (FPU), Trigonometric Mathematical Unit (TMU), and VCRC (Cyclic Redundancy Check) extended instruction sets further enhance the processing capability.
In addition, the F28P559SJ9PNARQ1 features 1088KB of flash memory and 133KB of on-chip SRAM. The flash memory is divided into four 256KB storage bodies and one 64KB storage body, supporting programming of one storage body and parallel execution in another storage body.
