The LTM4650IY-1B is a dual-channel 25A or single-channel 50A output step-down μModule® (power module) regulator, which has a total DC output error of ±1.5% and a transient output error of ±3%. The package is built-in with a switch controller, power FET, inductor and all supporting components. The LTM4650IY-1B adopts a 16mm x 16mm x 5.01mm BGA package and has SnPb (BGA) or terminal coating that complies with RoHS standards.
